Powder coating is typically applied electrostatic-ally and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “Skin”. The powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions, drum hardware, automobile parts and bicycle parts. OMT designed and built Powder Coating Line in a combination of part preparation or the pre-treatment, powder application and curing which emit including a system that the over spray can be recycled and thus possible to achieve nearly 100% used of the coating.
