CNC Bending
ERMAKSAN PowerBend-Pro and JIANGSU hydraulic bending up to 4,000mm, plus 160-ton press brake forming.
CNC Punching & Notching
EUROMAC CNC punching and notching for clean, repeatable perforations across sheet and plate.
Plasma & Laser Cutting
Hypertherm CNC plasma, LEAPION 6kW sheet laser (6000 x 1500mm) and HSG R2 6kW tube laser cutting for clean, repeatable profiles at production speed.
Turning & Milling
Win Ho turning and Steel Master milling for precision-machined shafts, fittings and components.
Plate & Pipe Rolling
BENDMAK plate rolling to 1,500mm x 8mm and Sahinler section & pipe rolling for curved sections.
Finishing & QA/QC
In-house paint spray booth and drying oven, with full QA/QC inspection before every delivery.
