Through decades of development, GCS has realized products standardization, serialization, internationalized and in line with GB 10595-89 Belt Conveyor Technical Specification. The products range is complex as below.
Chinese Belt Width (mm): B500, B650, B800, B1000, B1200, B1400, B1600, B1800, B200, etc. Roller Diameter (mm): Ø63.5, Ø76, Ø89, Ø102, Ø114, Ø127, Ø139, Ø152, Ø165, etc. Pipe length and thickness could be customized. In addition, it also produces pipeline roller, frames and other conveyor accessories.
Main Features
- Solid design, most suitable for heavy lifting
- The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled and welded with a concentric automatic, welding machine.
- Cutting of the steel tube and bearing is performed with the use of a digital auto device / machine / equipment.
- The bearing end is constructed to ensure that the roller shaft and bearing can be firmly connected.
- Fabrication of the roller is effected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity.
- Roller and supporting components/ materials are manufactured to DIN / AFNOR / FEM / ASTM / CEMA standard.
- The casing is manufactured with highly composite, anti-corrosive allow.
- The roller is lubricated and free from maintenance.
- Working life expectancy is up to 30,000 hours or more, depending on usage.
- Vacuum sealed with: inner seal, 3 slot labyrinth seal, V shape rubber ring and eccentrically auto cleaning body which has withstood anti water, salt, snuff, sandstone and dust proof experiments.
