The Client & Challenge

A manufacturer in Tangerang invested in a powder coating system and needed it running reliably from day one. Before production starts, every part of the system — booth airflow, powder recovery and the spray equipment — has to be tested with real powder.

Our Solution

After installation, the Ovindo team ran the system through a full testing and commissioning programme on site. We checked booth extraction, cyclone recovery and filter performance, then sprayed test parts to confirm film coverage and powder recovery before handing the line over to the customer’s operators.
