The Client & Challenge

Steel drums are large, round and produced in high volumes. The customer in Tangerang needed a painting line that could coat drums quickly and evenly, inside and out.

Our Solution

Ovindo designed and built a painting line around the drum: spray booths sized for drums, a conveyor that carries them through each stage, and a curing section. Access platforms and stairs let operators reach every part of the line.
