Automotive parts must be completely clean before painting. The manufacturer in Tangerang needed a pre-treatment system that washes and treats parts automatically, followed by a painting booth.

Our Solution

Ovindo built a stainless steel pre-treatment system with process tanks, circulation pumps and spray stages, connected by a conveyor, plus a painting booth for the finishing stage. Parts move from washing to painting without manual handling.
