The Client & Challenge

Aviation parts need a paint finish with no dust, stable temperature and a controlled drying cycle. The customer in Pekanbaru needed one booth that could handle both spraying and drying, with clean filtered air at every stage.

Our Solution

Ovindo designed a combined paint booth: the same chamber is used for spraying and for drying, fed by an air handling unit (AHU) that filters and conditions the air. A touch-screen control panel lets the operator switch between spray and dry modes and monitor the booth. The booth floor uses walk-on grating with exhaust underneath, so overspray is pulled down and away from the part.
