Valves must be blasted clean before painting so the coating sticks and lasts. The manufacturer in Cikarang needed a safe, enclosed room for abrasive blasting that keeps dust away from the rest of the factory.

Our Solution

Ovindo built an enclosed sandblasting room with steel wall panels, lighting and a dust collector that extracts and filters the air during blasting. Blast equipment and dust collection units sit outside the room for easy maintenance.
