The Client & Challenge

The customer paints large numbers of small parts. Hanging them one by one is slow, so the line needed jigs that hold many parts at once and move them through the booth on the conveyor.

Our Solution

Ovindo designed and fabricated custom multi-part jigs that hang from the overhead conveyor, together with the painting booth and its water-curtain back wall. The jigs position every part at the same angle to the spray, so coating thickness stays even across the whole load.
