Painting Line with Spray Pre-Treatment and Overhead Conveyor

The Client & Challenge

Good paint adhesion starts before painting. The customer needed a line that cleans and treats parts automatically, then carries them through painting on one continuous conveyor.

Our Solution

Ovindo built a multi-stage spray pre-treatment tunnel with separate process tanks, circulation pumps and piping for each stage. An overhead conveyor carries the parts through pre-treatment and on to the painting area, so parts are never handled by hand between steps.
