The Client & Challenge

The customer in Tangerang wanted to automate painting to get a consistent finish on high volumes and reduce manual spraying. The robots needed a clean, enclosed booth with stable airflow and an effective way to capture overspray.

Our Solution

Ovindo built a long enclosed painting line with robot spray stations and a water-wash overspray system along the booth floor. Air supply units with centrifugal fans and filters feed conditioned air into the booth, and control panels at each section let operators monitor the line.
