Painting Booth Fabrication for a Manufacturer in Cikarang

The Client & Challenge

A manufacturer in Cikarang needed a new painting booth for its finishing area. The booth had to fit the available floor space, connect to the plant air supply and exhaust, and be built to a tight installation schedule.

Our Solution

Ovindo fabricated the complete booth body in our own workshop: wall and roof panels, filter frames, plenum boxes and rectangular air ducting. Fabricating everything in-house lets us control panel dimensions and fit before the parts reach site, so the booth goes together quickly and seals properly.
