Rework Booths for Export to Mexico (5 Units)

The Client & Challenge

A customer in Mexico needed five rework booths for paint touch-up and repair. Shipping across the ocean means the equipment must be packed to survive weeks at sea and arrive complete, with every part labelled.

Our Solution

Ovindo fabricated the five booths at our workshop in Indonesia, each with a rotating work stand so the operator can reach every side of the part, and checked them before export. For shipping, panels and components were wrapped in protective film, strapped and secured inside the container, and the container was sealed for shipment. Loading was planned so each booth could be unpacked and assembled in order on arrival.
